Each gram powder contains Piperazine Citrate USP 1,000 mg.
Description
Razinmax Vet is an anthelmintic with activity against nematodes. It disrupts neuromuscular transmission, causing the parasite to suffer from flaccid paralysis and death.
Indications
Livestock:
Razinmax Vet is indicated for increasing milk production.
Dosage & Administration
Route of Administration: Oral in drinking water or feed for 2 days.
Chickens (4–6 weeks): 250–500 mg/kg body weight, or 10 g powder in 6–8 L drinking water, or 10 g per 3.5 kg feed per 100 chickens.
Pullets: 10 g powder for 50–60 birds.
Layers: 10 g powder for 20–30 birds.
Cattle, Buffalo & Horse: 25–50 g/100 kg body weight.
Sheep & Goat: 4–8 g/10 kg body weight.
Dog & Cat: 1.0–2.5 g/10 kg body weight.
Or as directed by the registered veterinarian.
Side Effects
Oxytetracycline is generally safe and effective, but it and other tetracyclines may cause tooth discoloration or tooth decay in young animals.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Sufficient clinical data are not available.
Precautions & Warnings
Water supply should be off for 12 hours before using the drug.
