1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing Medevy (“the Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. User Accounts & Professional Verification
Registered healthcare practitioners, pharmacies, and institutional buyers must provide accurate and verifiable credentials. Medevy reserves the right to restrict or verify accounts before approving prescription-controlled orders.
3. Prescription Requirements & Order Placement
Orders containing scheduled prescription medicines will require a valid prescription upload. All orders placed through Medevy are subject to stock confirmation and compliance verification by licensed pharmaceutical distributors.
4. Intellectual Property
The structural layout, comparison algorithms, proprietary classification taxonomies, logos, and UI designs on Medevy are the protected intellectual property of Medevy Technologies. Brand names and trademarks of third-party pharmaceuticals remain the property of their respective manufacturers.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
