Clorsulon + Ivermectin
Composition
Each ml contains Ivermectin BP 10 mg and Clorsulon USP 100 mg.
Description
A-Mectin Plus Vet contains Ivermectin, which induces hyperpolarization of nerve and muscle cells in parasites, resulting in paralysis and death. Additionally, Clorsulon eliminates flukes by inhibiting enzymes involved in the glycolytic pathway—their primary source of energy—while concurrently depressing adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels within the parasites.

Route of Administration: SC injection only.
Or as directed by the registered veterinary physician.
Interaction
With medicine: It has been recommended not to use Ivermectin in reptiles within 10 days of ketamine use. Ivermectin should never be used with ketoconazole in dogs. With food & others: No known interaction was found with feed.
Contraindications
Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity to the A Mectin Plus Vet.
Side Effects
Common side effects: Low incidence of tissue swelling at the injection site, and these reactions disappeared without treatment. Rare side effects: Anaphylactic reactions may be observed.
Pregnancy & Lactation
In breeding animals, Ivermectin and Clorsulon used at the recommended level had no effect on breeding performance. It is better to avoid using in animals producing milk for human consumption.
Precautions & Warnings
A Mectin Plus Vet should not use in intravenous or intramuscular route. Dogs of some breeds do not tolerate ivermectin.
Storage Conditions
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
Withdrawal Period
Meat: 28 days and Milk: duration not established must not be consumed after administration.
