Each ml contains Benzalkonium Chloride 800 mg.

Description

ACME’s BKC is a specialized aquaculture disinfectant that eliminates bacterial, viral, fungal, and protozoan pathogens while effectively controlling algal blooms. ACME's BKC induces the dissociation of cellular membrane bilayers, compromising cellular permeability and causing the leakage of intracellular contents. Additionally, it inactivates essential enzymes produced by various microorganisms.

Indications

Aquaculture:

ACME’s BKC is indicated to ensure maximum protection for fish and shrimp against pathogenic disease by destroying pathogens including bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa, and algae.
The formulation plays an effective role in both the prevention and treatment of antennae and leg loss in shrimp, as well as barbel loss in catfish.
It additionally aids in the normal molting process of shrimp.
The product serves as an effective disinfectant and sanitizer for hatchery water and equipment.
It also works to reduce foul odors in aquaculture pond water.
The treatment helps keep the body surface of both fish and shrimp clean and bright.

Dosage & Administration

Pond Treatment (3–6 Feet Depth / 33 Decimal):

Prevention: 100–150 ml (mix with 10–12 L water).
Treatment: 150–200 ml (mix with 10–12 L water).
Algal Bloom Control: 250–300 ml in keen sun.

Hatchery (Nursery Tank): 1–2 ml/MT of water.

Equipment Disinfection: 1–2 ml/L of water.

Or as advised by the Fisheries expert.

Side Effects

At the recommended dose, no side effects are observed.

Precautions & Warnings

In the presence of disinfectant, the probiotic lost its efficacy. So probiotics are not recommended for use along with ACME’s BKC.

Store below 30°C. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
