Composition

Each 25 g contains:

Sodium bicarbonate BP 125 g.
Sodium chloride BP 665 g.
Potassium chloride BP 125 g.
Vitamin A BP 50,000 IU.
Glucose anhydrous BP 450 g.

Description

Glucolyte Vet is indicated for fluid replenishment therapy in animals experiencing stress. Particularly during periods of illness accompanied by dehydration, this electrolyte therapy helps restore fluid balance and replenish lost nutrients.

Indications

Livestock & Poultry:

Glucolyte Vet is indicated for the treatment of diarrhea, dehydration, and calf scours.
The formulation helps manage metabolic acidosis and supports normal acid-base balance.
It is additionally used to address conditions such as anorexia, weakness, and dullness.
The product aids in preventing stress during transportation and weather changes.
It is also recommended for minimizing stress associated with vaccination.
The formulation serves as supportive therapy during treatment with antibiotics or other chemotherapeutics.

Dosage & Administration

Route of Administration: Oral in water or feed for 3–5 days.

In Drinking Water: 1–2.5 g/L (or 25 g/20 L).
In Feed: 25 g/8 kg feed (or 1 kg/320 kg feed).

Or as directed by the registered Veterinary Physician.
