Firmac Plus

Each gram of powder contains Erythromycin Thiocyanate INN 180 mg, Sulfadiazine BP 150 mg, and Trimethoprim BP 30 mg.

Firmac Plus contains a synergistic combination of erythromycin, sulfadiazine, and trimethoprim, which act as antifolate agents and inhibitors of bacterial protein synthesis to effectively eliminate pathogens. This combination exhibits a broad-spectrum activity against a wide range of microorganisms at low doses. In addition to targeting Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, it is effective against *Mycoplasma*, *Campylobacter*, *Rickettsia*, and *Chlamydia*. The formulation achieves a bioavailability of 90 to 100%, ensuring high efficacy in bacterial eradication.
