Bolus: Each bolus contains Paracetamol BP 2 gm.
WSP: Each gm contains Paracetamol BP 500 mg.
Description
Fast Vet (paracetamol) acts as an analgesic and antipyretic drug. It inhibits prostaglandin synthesis (responsible for increasing pain and body temperature) by blocking the activity of cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1, COX-2), thereby reducing fever and the intensity of pain signals to the brain.

Interaction
With medicine: Do not administer with other non steroid anti inflammatory drugs and nephrotoxic drugs
With feed & others: No interaction was found with feed
Contraindications
Contraindicated in animals with a risk of gastrointestinal ulceration or bleeding, hypersensitivity to Paracetamol, or impaired renal or hepatic function
Side Effects
Common side effects: Mild side effects have been reported, such as vomiting, diarrhoea, decreased appetite, methemoglobinemia, and liver damage (jaundice). Rare: Not known.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Fast Vet is safe in all stages of pregnancy and lactation. However, risk and necessity should be considered during administration.
Precautions & Warnings
Severe paracetamol poisoning may result in methaemoglobinaemia, cyanosis, anaemia, and jaundice.
Storage Conditions
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
